Usage

1. Coarse Sharpening for a blunter knife

Place the knife sharpener plainly, then keep the knife 90° to the knife sharpener, pulling back and forth.

2. Fine Honing for maintenance.

A necessary step for knife maitenance. It iis recommended to sharpen approximately once a week at least.

3. Cleaning the knife with wiper or wash, and the knife sharpener with a soft buash or a damp cloth.

Caution:

1. Never sharpen the serrated knives and scissors.

2. Do not put the knife sharpener in the dishwasher or flush.

3. To avoid any accidents, the knife sharpener should be away from children.
